What was the last thing you celebrated?
I guess we technically celebrated the 4th of July. We watched Rocky and had burgers and hot dogs.

If you’re in a bad mood, would you rather be with friends or alone?
It depends on why and what kind of bad mood. If I'm feeling depressed, I'd rather be with people I love. If I'm annoyed or frustrated, I probably need some alone time to calm down.

What’s the worst advice you’ve ever been given?
I used to hear a lot of sexist stuff about not trusting girls because they're catty and such.

I don't think I've ever received one. I might reply just to let them know I'm not the person they're looking for.

A local restaurant here used to have a chicken reuben that was the best thing ever, but I don't think they have it anymore, sadly.

I got a new/old digital camera, a Panasonic Lumix, and I used it to take some scenery photos at my parents' house last week.

What was the last invitation that you declined?
My cousin's wedding invitation, unfortunately. I really wanted to go, but we couldn't afford the trip to Seattle with all the stuff we have coming up this month.

Have you ever seen a tornado in person?
I've heard one, but I didn't see it because I was huddling in a closet.

Do you have any plans for this summer?
This month we're moving to a new apartment, having our wedding reception party, and going on our honeymoon trip to New York. It's a busy August!

What were summers like when you were a kid?
The best. No school, plenty of time at the pool, and beach trips to New Smyrna.

Read or take a nap

The headliners would be Lacuna Coil, Epica, VOLA, Ad Infinitum, and Poets of the Fall. There are a ton of other bands I'd also ask to perform, but those are the main five.

Have you ever had a stay-cation (vacation where you stay at home)?
Yes, and honestly, those are the best

What does the perfect summer evening look like?
Going for a swim and then barbecuing with good company, or maybe relaxing in a hammock with a cold drink and a good book

What’s the perfect summer meal?
A good light summer pasta with plenty of olive oil and grape tomatoes

Would you rather spend a week in a tree house or on a sailboat?
This is a tough one, but probably a sailboat, especially if I can go whale watching

Do you like to go to any summer sports events?
Not really. I'm not a big sports person.
